Platform status & service availability

The customer, mechanic, and dispatcher surfaces are linked below. This page is not a real-time uptime monitor; it explains the current request flow and availability limits.

Current request flow

Step 1

Driver requests

The customer submits the location, asset, symptoms, and requested service.

Step 2

Mechanics respond

Eligible vetted mechanics are paged and submit a bid or estimate with an ETA.

Step 3

Customer approves

Dispatch reviews the response, the customer approves the all-in total, and only then is the mechanic assigned.

Step 4

Work is documented

If service is completed, proof of work is uploaded and the ticket is closed.
