What RoadService.app is

RoadService.app is a public directory of commercial truck and trailer service providers. You search it, you contact a provider yourself, and you deal with that provider directly. We are not a repair shop, a dispatcher, a broker, a bank, or an insurer.

RoadService.app does not assign providers, solicit or present bids, quote jobs, promise an ETA, coordinate or track repair work, or process payment for repair work. Nothing on this site is an offer or guarantee of service by any listed business.

Relationship with listed businesses

Every business in the directory is independent, with its own pricing, licensing, insurance, staffing, and availability. A listing is not an endorsement, a warranty, or a statement that the business is available. Confirm price, scope, and availability with the provider before any work begins.

Directory information

Listing details come from the business owner or from public sources and can be out of date or incorrect. We correct records we are told about, but we do not warrant that any listing is accurate, complete, or current. Report a problem with a listing to support@roadservice.app.

Listing claims and business accounts

You may claim only a listing for a business you actually operate or are authorized to represent. Claims are reviewed, and fraudulent or disputed claims may be rejected or revoked. Account holders are responsible for keeping their credentials secure, for activity under their account, and for the accuracy of the public information they publish. Team members you authorize act on your behalf.

Sponsored placement

Searching the directory and claiming a listing are free. A listing owner may optionally buy a monthly placement plan (Basic, Priority, or #1 Spot). Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, renew automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from the Business Hub; cancellation ends placement at the end of the paid period. The #1 Spot is exclusive to one business per primary service, per canonical city.

Paid placement affects only the labeled Sponsored section of search results. It does not change verification status, ratings, distance, the order of unpaid listings, stated service capability, or availability, and it is always labeled.

Verification labels

“Listed”, “Verified”, “RoadService Authorized”, “Owner-managed”, and “Sponsored” are separate facts and are never used to imply one another. Verification describes what we checked on the date shown; it is not a guarantee of workmanship, price, or availability.

Your content

You keep ownership of reviews, feedback, and listing content you submit, and grant RoadService.app a licence to display and use it to operate the directory. RoadService.app owns the site and the directory compilation.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false reviews or listing information, claim a business you do not operate, scrape or bulk-copy the directory, spam listed businesses, or interfere with other users' accounts. Misuse may result in suspension and removal of listings or reviews.

Text messages

If you expressly enable SMS on a RoadService.app business account, we may send recurring automated transactional texts to the number you provide, covering account, listing, verification, and billing notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of using or purchasing through RoadService.app.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. You may also disable SMS in your business profile. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. For help, contact support@roadservice.app. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

RoadService.app is an information directory and is not liable for the acts or omissions of any listed business, for the quality, price, or timing of any service, or for reliance on listing information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid RoadService.app in the twelve months before the claim. WE PROVIDE THE SITE “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes resolved in Palm Beach County, FL.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to business-account holders by email with 30 days' notice.
