How fast can a mobile mechanic reach my truck?

Response and arrival times vary by location, service, and current demand. An approved mechanic must be on duty, have current compliance documents, share a fresh location, and choose to respond. You can review a responding mechanic's ETA before assignment, but an ETA or arrival is not guaranteed.

Do you cover trailers, or only the tractor?

Both. Every rig pulls a trailer and the trailer is often the asset that's down, so one request covers the whole rig: trailer tires, reefer units (Thermo King / Carrier), ABS and lights, air lines and gladhands, landing gear, kingpin and brakes — in addition to tractor tire, tow, fuel, lockout, engine and aftertreatment work. We service dry van, reefer, flatbed, lowboy, step deck, tanker and more.

Will I know the price before the mechanic starts?

If an eligible mechanic responds, RoadService.app shows the customer-facing all-in total, including the RoadService job fee when applicable, with the ETA before assignment. A mechanic bid is not necessarily the customer total, and any later price change requires separate approval.
