A command center for every truck and trailer you run.
Submit roadside requests online 24/7, review quotes, and manage repair history and per-asset spend in one platform. Directory coverage is nationwide; dispatch and ETA depend on eligible provider availability.
What fleet managers get
24/7 roadside request intake
Eligible fleet users can submit service requests online day or night. Dispatchers can view active breakdowns, while mechanic response and assignment depend on live provider availability.
Trucks AND trailers
One request covers the whole rig. Track trailer breakdowns, reefer events, and tire issues separately from tractor events — with full repair history per asset.
Approve quotes before work starts
When an eligible mechanic responds, the command center shows the customer-facing all-in total, including any RoadService job fee, for approval before assignment. Later price changes require separate approval.
Repair history & per-asset spend
Every completed repair is automatically logged against the unit — VIN, mileage at service, tech, parts, cost. Pull per-asset lifetime spend in one click.
DOT inspection tracking
Log and track annual DOT inspections, pre-trip defect reports, and compliance documents per unit. Know which assets are inspection-due before your dispatcher finds out the hard way.
Preventive maintenance scheduling
Set PM intervals by mileage or calendar for each unit. Get notified before assets go overdue — and dispatch a mechanic directly from the PM record.

Frequently asked questions
How does fleet billing work?
The payment mode is stated on each job. In the current on-site flow, the mechanic collects the customer-approved total and RoadService.app invoices the mechanic for the exact difference between that total and the accepted bid. If RoadService-managed payment or escrow is explicitly offered, the fleet pays through that checkout and the mechanic does not collect again at the truck. Contact us to discuss PO controls or approved fleet billing arrangements.
Can drivers request service without dispatcher approval?
Drivers can submit breakdown requests from the fleet portal. Quotes remain pending until an authorized fleet user approves them; use your account roles and operating procedures to decide who may approve work.
How many assets can I manage?
There is no hard cap. The fleet portal is designed to handle single-owner-operators with one truck up to large fleets with hundreds of power units and trailers.
Do you have preferred vendor networks?
Fleet accounts can mark mechanics and shops as preferred in the vendor scorecard for quick reference. Dispatch priority is coordinated separately for each breakdown; a preferred mark does not automatically change who receives a request.
