About RoadService.app
A nationwide directory of commercial truck and trailer service providers — searchable without an account.
What we do
RoadService.app lists commercial truck and trailer service businesses across the United States: mobile truck and trailer repair, heavy-duty towing, and truck tire service. Reefer search is available, but coverage is currently limited. You search by service and location, you see who is nearby, and you call the shop yourself.
That is the whole product. There is no request queue, no bidding, and no RoadService person between you and the shop.
What we are not
RoadService.app is not a repair shop, a dispatcher, a broker, a bank, or an insurer. We do not assign mechanics, quote jobs, promise an ETA, track repairs, or take a cut of what you pay the shop. Every business listed is independent, with its own pricing, insurance, licensing, and availability.
Pricing, response time, and availability are between you and the provider. Confirm both before work starts.
What the labels mean
Directory records carry separate, non-interchangeable labels, and we never use one to imply another:
- Listed — a public directory record with callable service information. Listed does not mean verified.
- Verified — RoadService reviewed the listing identity and public contact details on the date shown.
- RoadService Authorized — the business met the separate requirements described in our verification policy.
- Owner-managed — a claimed profile maintained by an approved business owner or team member.
- Sponsored — a paid placement, always labeled. It is not verification, and it does not reorder organic distance results.
How we make money
Searching is free and always will be. Claiming a listing is free. Revenue comes from optional monthly placement plans sold to service providers, shown in a clearly labeled Sponsored section that sits above organic results. Paid placement never changes verification status, ratings, distance, the order of unpaid listings, or what a business is shown as being able to do.
For shop owners
Your business may already be listed. Claiming it is free: you control your public information, services, hours, and contact details, and drivers reach you directly. Sponsored placement is optional, month to month, and cancellable at any time from the Business Hub.
Who runs it
RoadService.app is operated by Albert's Road Service LLC of West Palm Beach, Florida — people who answer roadside calls themselves.
