Plans renew automatically. You can cancel renewal at any time in Business Hub; placement ends at the end of the paid billing period.
For new advertising purchases: duplicate charges and paid placement we fail to deliver are refundable. Other refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law. Existing subscriptions retain the terms agreed at purchase.
Find your business before creating a duplicate
Search for an existing RoadService listing before creating a new one. Existing-listing requests are reviewed manually and do not transfer ownership, change a listing, or start a plan.

Find the business and request a private manual review. A review request does not transfer ownership or start a paid plan.
Not listed yet?
Start a private shop-listing application. An administrator reviews it before sending a secure link to complete your shop details. No insurance, W-9, or payout setup is required.

What paid placement does and does not buy
Results are ordered #1 → Priority → Basic → organic. Paid placement affects only clearly labeled Sponsored positions; on /near, it is eligible within 15 miles or verified service reach. It never changes verification status, ratings, distance, or the order inside the organic band. RoadService.app is a directory — it does not assign work, quote jobs on your behalf, rotate promised exposure, or take a cut of what you charge. Reports measure taps and page interactions, not connected calls, leads, jobs, or revenue.

Placement and page surface are included in reporting. Phone numbers and driver locations are not included in event payloads. All figures are anonymous, unaudited interaction counts—not unique people, leads, connected calls, jobs, or revenue.
